EXCLUSIVITY

We offer zip code and or 2 mile driving distance exclusivity as long as the gallery maintains a minimum of $1500 purchases in any current 12 month period per  location.If a gallery drops below the minimum, we will open that area to other galleries. In the case neither gallery will receive exclusivity for that area. We ONLY give exclusivity to galleries who request it.

 

RETURN POLICY

 If our glass are not selling, you may return them by November 1 of the current year or six months from date purchased, whichever is less. We will give you credit (no exchanges). Be sure to package carefully. Any breakage due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded

 

TERMS

   All Shipments will be charged $5 to $20 handling fee to pay for boxing, packaging and invoicing. This fee is in addition to the Fedex shipping charges. (This fee may vary depending on the size of the box.)

 

CUSTOMER BREAKAGE 

   Sometimes, customer breakage can be repaired. Sometimes it must be replaced instead by a new piece. Please return the broken and unbroken pieces to the pair for repair or replacement. HALF PEDESTALS COST $25 AND HALF PICNICS COST $15- $22.50 

FEDEX BREAKAGE 

Please inspect all glass upon delivery. All of our product is insured when shipped. We only give credit or replacement for breakage during shipping, if we receive notification about it within 24 to 48 hours of after delivery. If we don’t receive notification about the breakage, you will be charged for replacement.

GALLERY BREAKAGE 

WE WELL NOT REPAIR NON-CUSTOMER BREAKAGE. IT COST US TOO MUCH PAPERWORK!! If someone accidentally breaks half a pedestal, we offer a match at its own cost. We will no longer credit you for half pairs returned to us.  

 

DEFECTIVE GLASS

   We will gladly credit you for any defective glass upon receipt of the defective item. Two common problems are: internal stress crack appearing as a line due to uneven cooling and cold joint where the bottle separates from the stem cleanly. With no breaks and no cracks in the bottle. Any bubbles or small imperfections in the surface of the glass are natural flaws in the colors and are not defects. They simply add to the character of the art piece. Each piece is a hand blown one-of-a-kind. Nothing is made in a mold. some of color was hand-pulled in-house.

 

BROKEN ITEMS NOT DEFECTS

  Any impact can cause glass to crack or break. If the bottle has a hole or crack where the stem was connected, it is not a defect, it is an impact break. The connections between the stem and the bottle is the most likely locations of impact break due to the differences in the thickness of the glass at the joint.
